India’s youngster should work 70 hours a week. Narayan Murthy floated this idea to combat challenges in growing economy. It revived old debate of HARD work vs SMART work.

We are in era of productive race. People are running in one way or another. One identity is not enough. Earlier it was great if you were successful in one field. It is era to wear multiple caps.

I know one friend who is good singer, cyclist, yoga freak, artist, painter, and designer. All self help books are filled with productive sutras. I see around so many people running daily schedule like machine, as if, life is race of productivity. Everyone wants more in limited time. It make sense too when TIME is limited commodity.

But at some point we need to review the big question - Are we barking on wrong tree? . We have to mend our ways or goals. Life is every changing in current world. We have to adept in it and make life worth living to make an impact.
