Jobs base is shirking. If there are job that are in area of Retail , d food delivery, and Drivers in Uber . All of this is changing landscape for all. White color jobs are hardly few. 

It is time to get aligned to new reality. Especially in engineering world. Management was never a area , it was just good English. 

People were busy in share market and easy money they were gaining in it. Now this is again drying in tariff war.

Once Narada came to VIshnu and asked why do people don't call Yudhistra as Daata , while they call Karna as Daata 

Vishnu says lets go and check ourself. Both went as poor brahmin and asked Yudhistra , dry sandal wood for prayer. It was monsoon time and there was heavy rain. 

Yudhistra sent his people all around and even after 3 days , they could not find dry sandal wood. Yudhistra apologized to brahmins for his inability to give them dry Sandalwood.

Attribute Theory

Heider (1958) was the first to propose a psychological theory of attribution, but Weiner and colleagues (e.g., Jones et al, 1972; Weiner, 1974, 1986) developed a theoretical framework that has become a major research paradigm of social psychology. Heider discussed what he called “naïve” or “commonsense” psychology. In his view, people were like amateur scientists, trying to understand other people’s behavior by piecing together information until they arrived at a reasonable explanation or cause.
