Nationalism -- Six sigma view

Currently more than 200 countries bring cultural diversity and variety to world order. Quality believes in standardization. Though there are many advantage of countries or politics. It is ineffective. Power centers are killing human potential. Struggle of power is too costly. It is a wastage of resources. Smaller power centers would be more effective. Resource distribution  would be better. Single country concept fits idea of six sigma and productivity.  By single country, I mean same law and order and basic moral hygiene across the globe.

 

Talent hoarding

Talent is precious. More precious is flourishing it. It should be given freedom to grow, opportunity to learn. Talent is like a river. It is better to flow.

Talent stuck at one place is slowly decay its significance. Skill deteriorates. It is neither good for talent nor for hoarder.

Many people are misfit and still being used. IN such cases company loses competitive advantages. In any bureaucratic environment, it slowly dies.

Digital revolution

Apple is $600 billion company. Mobile is selling like hot cake. It is a productivity tool. Best you have, more connected you are. Once you are connected in current world. Knowledge has taken back seat. Information is ruthlessly transforming technology, product , and services.

Data hunger is high. More than it is lust to have mind cloud all over. Technology like 4G, 5G, 6G are deciding our further. We have to move along time. We have no time to remain illusive in data war.

Management and Quantum Physics

Human and quantum world are almost same. Human is unique but fuzzy. It’s difficult to predict human behaviour just like quantum world. Physicist may think this behaviour as non –intuitional. Both worlds don’t completely follow mathematical equations. Answer lies in boundary conditions. Give a man love, he will be peaceful and supportive. Push him to wall , he may react violently. Particle physics is full of particles. It works like an organization- Power centres, workers, transactions, and behaviours. Behaviour has no mathematical equation. It is just a probability.

Why Standardization may help in current financial problems?

Not all variations are good. Nature loves diversity. But each variation needs some care. In financial world Diversity does not make sense.  Standardization is the only solution. Each vendor , company, country , state , and authority should be limited in their format demands and regulatory expectations. This diversity has created huge mess in transaction processes. Financial processes should be simple, safe and secure. It is only possible , if we have the following.

Engagement & Potential

We all have potential. Right engagement or utilization is needed. I strongly feel, HR still lack of tool to fit people to right place. It requires change management, which is painful part. Many high potential employees keep moving in system. They may not be used ever. HR hardly map people to their potential. Some are working at 5%, 10%,20%..etc.
