Human and quantum world are almost same. Human is unique but fuzzy. It’s difficult to predict human behaviour just like quantum world. Physicist may think this behaviour as non –intuitional. Both worlds don’t completely follow mathematical equations. Answer lies in boundary conditions. Give a man love, he will be peaceful and supportive. Push him to wall , he may react violently. Particle physics is full of particles. It works like an organization- Power centres, workers, transactions, and behaviours. Behaviour has no mathematical equation. It is just a probability. In same boundary conditions, two people may behave differently. Their inbuilt system interacts with external event.
Higg Field: Universe is filled with a field. This field is non zero and inteact only with few particles (Newtron , proton, etc). Microscopic particle universe is full of tiny particles. But very few have mass. It is like in Organization very few people have power. Rest all others are workers. Powerful people decide which way the organization will move. Higg field is like organization culture. More rigid the culture is more gravity it has to handle. Lighten the organizational gravity to make it lean. Less power centre or Yes man culture will keep Higg field low. Organization will be light like Hydrogen or helium and may float easily.
Wave –Particle duality: Along with physical nature, we are energy field. Our smile and behaviour decide energy around us. Many times it is collective energy like marriages and sad moments. We react to environment and observations. Same is true with a particle. More than our particle nature and appearance, our energy matters. Our enthusiasm and liveliness decides organization image.
Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle: If you have to reduce uncertainty in organization, reduce boundary conditions. Keep people free. They will come up with new ideas. Our uncertainty increases, if someone binds us too closely. Helpless, poor, and sidelined human takes gun and his predictability decreases. Same is true with particles. Free particles are present everywhere and have more information and creativity.
There is only one electron: Feynman said in his theory that there is only one electron. Many tiny particles are there like quarks, muons, Measons, neutrions, etc.. but they are so uniquie in structure. Human looks same in structure. In zoo of animal, human is only one who thinks and moves. His behaviour may be strange to whole forest. He thinks and reacts. Electron movement create electricity. Man is also on move and create destruction around. Only things they need right potential to move in right direction. For both electron and human – right use is important.
Quantum Entanglement: Nature like coupling. Even in organizations, you can see people roaming around as couples. We may have links/friendship with many , but one person we are definitely too close. He /she knows more than us. We share our happiness/sadness. He/she care for us and get information fastest bypassing all physical boundaries.
