Management and Physics

Both sciences are reflection of nature. In management , we daily feel pressure of complicated physics law. Lets evaluate some terms / theories

Zeroth law of thermodynamics

If two thermodynamic systems are each in thermal equilibrium with a third, then they are in thermal equilibrium with each other.

Cartelization

First law of thermodynamics

The total amount of energy in an isolated system is conserved

Organization is not an isolated system.

Second law of thermodynamics

The entropy of an isolated system not in equilibrium will tend to increase over time, approaching a maximum value at equilibrium.

Bigger the organization grow, entropy increases. So controls to bring entropy down

Third law of thermodynamics

As temperature approaches absolute zero, the entropy of a system approaches a constant minimum.

Stop trying , all will be dead.

Newton's First

An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted by external force.

Comfort zones

Newton's Second law

The relationship between an object's mass m, its acceleration a, and the applied force F is F = ma.

Larger the organization , more force needed to change it.

Employee motivation /quality is directly linked to pay.

Newton's third law

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Increment time - less increment you give more reaction you face

Einstein theory of relativity

Mass increases as we increase speed.
