World is always being ruled by power. Silent transformation is happening in this POWER equation. Till now, power has been in men’s hands. Nature has built them physically stronger and all social equations have been dictated by this tool till now. Now in current scenario, social and technological changes have made physical strength meaningless. We are out of that era of wars, dacoits, and loots which needed physical power to control damage. Physical strength was the only mean for protection and safety. Basic food was only necessity. Now food is easily available.

This is new kind of management is evolving in private companies. Indian Idol is a singing competition or a reality show. Every year , many talented participants try their luck to become India’s top singing sensation. They try hard to be the best in India. Judges gives them various challenges. They have to perform in all forms or kind of songs. Public sees them observe them and appreciate them by heart.

Let’s see how this management style works in companies..

Stress level is increasing exponentially. We are living under expectation load. Life is competitive and we all want maximum. God has given us only two constant things - Conciseness and Time. It is upto you how you waste thoughts and time. As our age grows, bad thoughts or waste thoughts take over our mind. And we keep churning the waste, it is like killing both precious resources - of time and consciousness.

Consciousness loves 3 things, people, Peace, variation, and purpose. Consciousness hates expectations, constraints,  monotony and purposeless life.   

Some good things are shrinking in this world needs attention of innovators.

Humanity is facing many challenges despite going through its best sweet time. These challenges needs innovators like Elon musk. Big problems mean big breakthroughs. At present, big problems are hiding behind paid media cries, but they can’t hide longer.  

Science is key to our development. Next revolution will also come from it. Science has to contribute to keep human safe. Earth has seen mass extinction of life many times. It takes millions of years to come back and restart the same life cycle. We are at same situation. We are lucky to be living at present moment of human growth. Wars are inevitable. We all have to fight war to get our share of peace.

India is in deep grief and sadness because of Pulwama blasts. Natural way to this is anger. We are human and react to every news or incident. That’s how our consciousness works. Anger has many ways to go out. Two common ways are ignoring hatred and thinking deep to cut down power of the enemy (Liberal way). Another way is planting hatred against the whole community and reap the personal benefits on it (Hitler way).

Yesterday I attended one session on story telling. It was mind blowing. I never realised story telling has such profound impact on mind. Being a science lover, I am very big fan of data, number, statistics, and fact.  Science loves to see patterns. Although world wants to listen stories which have same pattern. A hero , a villain and a happy ending. Most of the stories have same patterns.

In India, HR has stuck in two way of working. All companies want its employee to give minimum 45 hours in office or person should retire at 58. It is legality. On other hand, demand is increasing for flexihours or flexi age. Some HR preaches working from anywhere or anytime and still not willing to give up 45 hours per week commitment in office.
