  ACTIVE PASSIVE
Simple present: Anil kicks the cat.  The cat is kicked by Anil.
Simple past: Anil kicked the cat. The cat was kicked by Anil.
Simple future: Anil will kick the cat. The cat will be kicked by Anil.
Present perfect: Anil has kicked the cat. The cat has been kicked by Anil.
Past perfect: Anil had kicked the cat. The cat had been kicked by Anil.
Future perfect: Anil will have kicked the cat. The cat will have been kicked by Anil.
Progressive    
Simple present: Anil is kicking the cat. The cat is being kicked by Anil.
Simple past: Anil was kicking the cat The cat was being kicked by Anil.
Simple future: Anil will be kicking the cat. The cat will be being kicked by Anil.
Present perfect: Anil has been kicking the cat. The cat has been being kicked by Anil
Past perfect: Anil had been kicking the cat. The cat had been being kicked by Anil.
Future perfect: Anil will have been kicking the cat. The cat will have been being kicked by Anil

PROGRESSIVE TENSES (the passive forms of the Simple future, Present Perfect, Past Perfect,  and Future Perfect are rare)
